The hotel was very comfortable, with big, clean, and comfortable rooms equipped with a fridge, A/C, and a coffee maker; however, the rooms were not well isolated. The service was always very helpful and professional, offering dry cleaning, shops, commercial services, and laundry. The location was perfect for what we wanted to see, very convenient to the Village on Ste Catherines, close to good eateries, and central to all amenities. The dining experience was perfect, with delicious and nicely presented food, exceeding expectations with a great selection daily. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything needed for a pleasant stay.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was very nice, comfortable, and filled with convenient features like USB and power plugs everywhere you need them. The location was superb, just a short walk from the metro station and Saint Catherine Street, with the old town easily accessible. The room service was excellent, and breakfast was satisfactory. However, there was a slight mishap with our room assignment at check-in.

While it provides access to downtown and old Montreal, I felt that for a slightly higher price, staying at Holiday Inn, with its superior amenities, might have been a better choice.
